We have been working with Geraldine from Mindflow for the last 2 years, designing: brand, printed materials, illustration, website and animations.

The team at Mindflow work with people in the practice of mindfulness, a well-researched method that teaches people to: experience and appreciate the moment, in order to appreciate who they are.

Geraldine is a regular visitor to the studio as she regularly pops in to pick up her training materials. She popped in last with: thanks to the team, 2 Fruit loafs and a pack of well known spreadable butter…yom, thanks Geraldine, you are currently our favourite client!…

Geraldine’s Fruit Loaf

225g self-raising flour
75g margarine
75g sugar
110g sultanas
1 egg
250ml milk

Method
Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 3, 325F, (170c).
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the margarine and very gently rub the margarine into until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, spoon in the sugar and the sultanas.
Beat egg into the milk and gradually add to the mixture until the mixture has a ‘soft dropping’ consistency. (You may not need to use all the milk).
Spoon mixture into a lined loaf tin
Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until the loaf feels springy in the centre and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.

That’s it!
